It is a natural biscuit with a mild sweetness that comes from Tensai sugar, Jiroame rice malt syrup, and brown rice amazake, using the traditional taste of Kanazawa, Tawaraya's Jiroame. Milk and egg free.
The recipe was developed in collaboration with Yuka Kokon who lives in Kanazawa and she is a researcher of natural foods with rice malt.
The expiration date becomes 10 months!
